About this guide

✨ Hi there, this guide will help you with **giving feedback** on PerformAI. Congratulations on taking the first step to support your coworkers' growth. 🎊

Please ensure that you have already installed PerformAI before going through this guide.

Select PerformAI app on Ms Teams

Respond to a feedback request from a coworker OR Type "help" to bring up all available commands

Click on "Give feedback" to give feedback to a coworker.

💡Tip: The best time to give feedback is right after an event has happened. (E.g. After a project meeting, or after a presentation)

Fill up the details, then click "Next"

### Requesting from
You can request feedback from a coworker or from multiple coworkers.

### Event
💡Tip: By entering an event, your coworkers will be able to have a better idea of what this feedback is for.

### Relationship
Select your relationship with your coworker.

Select feedback areas and our AI will help you craft your feedback message

By default, we've provided you with some common feedback areas

You can also give feedback on other areas by clicking on "Add feedback area"

Type in the new feedback area then click on "Add"

Use the slider to let your coworker know how they've performed in that area. When you're done, click "Generate feedback"

Our AI will draft a feedback message for you. All you need to do is read through it and make edits before clicking on "Give feedback"

💡Pro Tip : Giving specific examples will help your coworkers understand their strengths or areas of improvement better. As much as possible, try to share examples when giving feedback to others.
