PerformAI - IT Config and Rollout Guide

✨ Hi there, this guide will help you ensure that you have everything in place so that you can get started with PerformAI. 
We are thrilled to be a part of your journey towards creating a positive feedback culture in your workplace. 

Prior to configuring and rolling out PerformAI in Microsoft Teams, please ensure that you have:

✅ An active Microsoft 365 subscription 

✅ Access to a Microsoft 365 administrator account

✅ Activated Microsoft Teams for your organisation

✅ An active PerformAI Subscription


Let's start with ensuring that you have the right configurations. 

If you've made any changes, click on "Save"

Under Third-party apps, ensure that Allow all apps is selected. Or, choose Allow specific apps and block others and search for PerformAI to add it to the list of approved apps. 

Type "PerformAI" in highlighted field and press Enter

After which, there will be a pop-up asking you for permission. Please click "Accept" on that pop-up.

Click on "Permissions" then click on "Review permissions and cons...."

The App Setup Policies section allows you to control the availability of apps to your organization's users.

Click on "Teams apps" and then select "App Setup Policies."

Click on "Add apps" in “installed apps” section

Search for “Perform AI” application and Click on “Add” button

Click on "Save" button at the bottom of the page then "Confirm" button

To do so, please navigate back to the set-up policies page and click on “Global (Org-wide default)”

You can also choose to pin our app for everyone in your organisation

Scroll down to the "Pinned apps" section and clickon "Add apps" button

Search for "PerformAI" then click on "Add"

Lastly, click on "save" at the bottom and "Confirm"
