Navigate to the Xagio "Project Planner" tab.

Load a project where you want to refresh volume/CPC and competition data.

Click on the "Keywords" button.

Click on the "Get Volume & CPC" option.

Toggle the "Refresh existing values" switch to on.

Click on the "Retrieve VOL & CPC" button.

Click on the "Keywords" button.

Click on the "Get Competition" option.

Toggle the "Refresh existing values" switch to on.

Click on the "Get Competition" button.
