Log into the WordPress dashboard and navigate to the "Rescue Center" tab.
Make sure you're on the "WordPress" tab of the screen.
Click on the "Start Now" button in the Easy Mode section.
Click on the "Select WordPress Version" menu.
Select the version of WordPress to rescue.
Click on the "Download Selected WordPress Version" button.
Wait for the download to complete.
Click on the "Perform File Analysis" button.
Click on the "Start Rescue Operation" button.
Wait for the rescue operation to complete.
