Log into the WordPress dashboard and navigate to the "Project Planner" tab.
Open a project by clicking on the "Load this project" button.
Click on individual keywords or a group of keywords you want to export.
Click on the "Keywords" button.
Click on the "Export Keywords" option.
The .csv file will save to your downloads folder.
