Click on the "Restore" tab.

Click on the "selecting a file" link to choose a backup file stored on your computer.

Navigate to the backup file you want to restore.

Click on the "Open" button.

Navigate to the "Local Backups" section to choose a backup file stored on your server.

Click on the "Restore this backup" button.

Click on the "Continue" button.

Wait for the restore process to complete.
